Attach Forms to Internal Tasks
In your Motion.io projects, internal tasks allow your business to communicate to clients what you are working on while providing your team tools to complete action items related to those tasks without clients seeing your behind-the-scenes collaboration.
Using the Attach a Form option in internal tasks, you can include a Motion.io form that only team members can complete and which will remain entirely hidden from clients.

How to Attach Forms to Internal Tasks
To create an Internal Task, open a project's "Tasks" page and click the same "Create task" button used for client tasks. Then, click the toggle option labeled "Internal" in the upper right corner to switch the task composer interface for client tasks to the one used to create internal tasks.
After assigning team members to the internal task and entering a client-facing title and description, navigate to the bottom of the composer and click the toggle labeled "Attach a form" under "Task Options."
In the modal, select the form you want the team member(s) assigned to the task to complete, add a due date and reminders (optional), and save or send the task.
👋 Tip: To help your team quickly differentiate forms used for internal tasks from the forms you have clients submit, you can add a label like "[Internal]" to the title of internal-only forms.
