Attach a Form Task Option

Motion.io’s forms are a simple, powerful, and automated way to onboard clients and get the information you need in white-labeled client portals.

This article will provide instructions for attaching forms you create to tasks and sending them to clients so they can complete them directly within their Motion.io portals.

How to Attach Forms to Client Tasks

To attach a form when creating or editing a Client Task, click the button labeled "Form". This will prompt you to choose to attach either a pre-created form from your library or to create a new form.

How to Require a Signature on Form Tasks

After attaching a form to a client task, you can click on the "Signature" task option to automatically add a signature field to the bottom of your selected form.
