How to Populate Custom Fields from Form Submissions
Open the "Forms" page from your account sidebar, and click the edit icon next to the form that contains the fields you want to use. Hover over a field, click the "gear" icon on the left, and select "Populate custom fields" from the dropdown.
In the slideout on the right side of your screen, click "Enable population" and specify the custom field you'd like to populate with information your clients enter into the field of that form.
